Abstract:
Chateau
at Bothell Landing has 101 apartments which are sited on a hillside
property overlooking the historic Bothell Landing area with views of the
Sammamish River and downtown Bothell. Main Street shopping is
approximately 3 blocks from the community.
With
the Northshore Senior Center located just across the street and easy
access to the Sammamish River Trail, coupled with a pool and fitness
center in the Chateau. The monthly rental fee includes almost
everything with the exception of telephone charges, and personal items.
Your rental fee covers two meals a day, housekeeping with linen and
towel service, transportation, utilities, property taxes, cable
television, activities, and much more.
Residents
will feel right at home in their own spacious studio, one-, or
two-bedroom apartment. Many of our apartments have views, fireplaces,
patios or decks. Amenities include an indoor therapy swimming pool, spa
and exercise work out room. We have many organized daily programs
including art, entertainment, discussion groups, water exercise and
various wellness programs. We also have many resident run committees
whom meet with department heads to coordinate our community. The
Chateau at Bothell Landing bus will take residents to shopping, doctors'
appointments, entertainment and excursions.
